On July 18, Consmos Group’s 2026 Mid-Year Review & Cultural Empowerment Conference kicked off warmly, gathering all members of the Consmos family.
Founded in Linyi, the "Capital of Wood-based Panels in China", in 2010, Consmos Group has forged ahead for more than a decade. Creative paper-plane check-in ceremony unites all staff to strive toward shared goals
Paper planes were specially prepared as a unique check-in carrier for the conference. Neatly arranged at the entrance, these paper planes carry the unique and sincere expectations of every Consmos member. All staff took the paper planes in order, carefully writing down their names, work goals for the second half of the year and heartfelt wishes, before flying them toward the same direction together. The flying paper planes symbolize that all employees are united in goals and aligned in action, joining hands to forge ahead and strive for the full-year development targets.
Review First-Half Operations & Set the Direction for the Second Half
The conference officially commenced. The Chairman took the stage to deliver an opening speech, expressing sincere gratitude to all employees for their persistent efforts in the first half of the year. He objectively summarized the Group’s development status in light of the current industry landscape, and put forward clear work requirements for market expansion, team collaboration and operational management in the second half of the year.
Then the Finance Director presented the first-half operational data. He reviewed overall business performance focusing on core segments including order signing, payment collection and delivery, sorted out the development of each business unit, and clarified key tasks for quality improvement, efficiency growth and optimized operations in the second half of year in light of market trends.
Heads of business divisions including Linyi CONSMOS Import & Export, CONSMOS Wood Industry, Yonghong International and CONSMOS Metal Technology delivered their semi-annual work reports in sequence. Relying on CONSMOS’s global sales network spanning over 180 countries, the leaders shared practical experience in market expansion and customer retention during the first half of the year, sorted out challenges at frontline operations, and elaborated on actionable plans for in-depth market development, product promotion and key customer outreach in the second half of the year. The presentations aligned work strategies between front and back-office teams and boosted awareness of cross-departmental collaboration.
Cultural Empowerment by the Chairman to Unify the Team for Coordinated Development
After the business reports, the Chairman delivered a special cultural empowerment sharing session to unify all staff’s consensus for concerted development. He thoroughly interpreted the Group’s five core principles: Unity, Aspiration, Focus, Innovation and Win-Win.The Chairman elaborated on the company’s mission, values and medium- and long-term development positioning. He clarified the development vision of building a high-end building materials supply platform and creating a co-creation platform for all strivers. Based on the three-year and five-year phased plans, CONSMOS aims to gradually achieve its long-term vision of “Hundred-Billion Scale, Century-Old Enterprise, Hundred Business Divisions”.
During the sharing session, the Chairman introduced CONSMOS’s talent selection mechanism that values competence over seniority, and interpreted the company’s incentive and welfare system including equity incentives, tiered performance rewards and travel benefits. He called on all employees to uphold the spirit of hard work, reject slack and opportunistic attitudes, and maintain a proactive enterprising spirit and professional craftsmanship.Endowed with authoritative qualifications such as AEO Advanced Certification and National High-Tech Enterprise, CONSMOS will continue to pursue all-round innovation in products, mechanisms, digitalization and corporate culture, and focus on developing high-value-added product categories. Before the afternoon session officially kicked off, two warm-up games eased the atmosphere and bridged colleagues from different departments. All staff joined in a rhythmic clapping exercise, with lively movements filling the venue with laughter. Afterwards, a group interactive game was held. Participants formed a large circle by placing their hands on the shoulders of nearby teammates and performed corresponding actions following the keywords announced by the host. The harmonious and entertaining interactions fully demonstrated the cohesion of the closely connected team.
Team Showcase: Every Member Shines On and Off Stage
Following the warm-up session, teams from business departments and back-office divisions took turns to deliver wonderful performances. The varied programs included creative team videos, comic rhymes, poetry recitations, dances and singing acts, pushing the atmosphere to a climax. Colleagues who devote themselves to market development and daily back-office work set aside work pressure and fully displayed their diverse personalities outside work. Frontline teams told inspiring stories of exploring overseas markets and winning clients through performances, while supporting departments including procurement, quality control and finance creatively interpreted their responsibility and dedication as solid backing for the business. An online voting channel was opened during the showcase, allowing all participants to select the Best Team of the Day.
Honorary Recognition: Multiple Incentives Pay Tribute to All Strivers
Upon the conclusion of the team showcase, an award ceremony was held on site. A variety of honors were presented in succession, rewarding dedicated employees with official recognition and tangible benefits.
The Creative Innovation Award was presented to employees who delivered outstanding presentations at the pre-meeting reporting session. The Top Team Awards for the Showcase were conferred on the top three teams from business departments and back-office divisions respectively. The most touching segment came with the Service Milestone Awards. A review video featuring the growth of award recipients was played on the screen. Senior employees with 3, 5, 7 and 15 years of service took the stage to receive their awards in sequence.
Several employee representatives took the floor and expressed sincere gratitude to the company for years of cultivation and growth opportunities offered by the platform. They pledged to keep pace with the Group’s development, continuously strive for excellence in their roles, and embrace a long-term future alongside the enterprise.
The Group fulfilled multiple incentive benefits at the conference. Semi-annual travel benefits were granted to employees with outstanding performance in the first half of the year. June monthly incentives were also distributed collectively. Award winners received physical prizes including cash, backpacks, suitcases and silk quilts on the spot. Warm Gala Dinner & Joyful Interactions Strengthen Team Unity
Following the daytime sessions, a cozy themed dinner kicked off with a series of heartwarming and entertaining activities. A group birthday celebration was held on site, with cakes and gifts prepared for colleagues celebrating birthdays this month. All staff sang the birthday song together, filling the venue with the warmth of the CONSMOS big family.
The highlight of the dinner was the "Caring Blessing" blind box auction. A variety of blind boxes carrying favorable implications were auctioned one after another, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere. After the interactive session, an open talent show began. Employees volunteered to sing and put on interesting performances. Everyone raised their glasses and chatted freely during the dinner, deepening team bonds in a relaxed atmosphere.
