Integrity and Compliance is one of the core values of CONSMOS Group. Operating with integrity and compliance serves as the cornerstone of CONSMOS’s development and an essential guarantee for long-term win-win cooperation with all partners. CONSMOS Group regards integrity culture as the ballast stone for sustainable corporate growth. We designate September every year as the Integrity Month, launching various warning education activities to embed integrity awareness into every employee’s mind and guide practical actions.

To further strengthen employees' awareness of integrity and self-discipline and deepen the long-term mechanism of "dare not corrupt, cannot corrupt and will not corrupt", CONSMOS Group organized a clean government warning education activity themed "Build Brand with Integrity and Standardization, Stay True to the Original Aspiration through Clean Practice" on September 17. Employee representatives from key positions including procurement, quality control, logistics and business departments visited Linyi Prison. Through immersive education combining on-site visit and special training, they received a soul-stirring integrity education.
Warning Behind High Walls: Reflecting on Freedom
Guided by prison staff, all participants strictly observed prison regulations and visited the inmates’ workshop, ecological wetland park, central axis of the production area and teaching building in the inmate living quarters in sequence. They also listened to the repentance speeches delivered by inmates on site. The imposing high walls and electric fences, strict discipline of labor reform and orderly living quarters stood in sharp contrast to the free world outside. Every visitor gained a direct understanding of the grave consequences brought by a single wrong choice. This experience reminds all staff to always stay alert and uphold integrity and self-discipline.

Reiterating the “CONSMOS Red Lines” to Consolidate the Ideological Defense Line
Upon returning, the person in charge of the Group Human Resources Center delivered a special training session on integrity. Centered on the "CONSMOS Red Lines" and code of conduct, the training systematically elaborated on eight common types of corporate occupational crimes including infringement of trade secrets, bribery of non-state functionaries, and occupational embezzlement, with reference to laws and regulations such as the Criminal Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law. The Ten Prohibitions for Clean Practice of CONSMOS Group were restated. Drawing on real cases, the training analyzed sentencing criteria and painful consequences of various occupational crimes, keeping the warning "Do not reach out; if you do, you will be caught" ringing in everyone’s ears.
Perseverance Under Commitment: All Staff Sign Integrity Commitment Letters
At the end of the activity, all participants took a solemn oath and signed the CONSMOS Group Integrity and Good-Faith Commitment Letter on site. Every resounding oath represents CONSMOS staff’s solemn response to "Build Brand with Integrity and Standardization", as well as their firm commitment to "Stay True to the Original Aspiration through Clean Practice".

Integrity is the lifeline of CONSMOS, and also the protective talisman for every employee.
This integrity-themed activity serves as an important measure for CONSMOS Group to deepen compliance management and guard against operational risks. It also reinforces the corporate values of "Customer-centric, Striver-oriented". Going forward, CONSMOS will continue to promote regular and institutionalized integrity education. We will maintain the deterrence of "dare not corrupt", tighten the cage of "cannot corrupt", and foster the self-awareness of "will not corrupt", so as to build a solid integrity defense line for becoming a "trusted global supply chain service provider".
